If you're looking for the best sound, these guys pretty much take the pain away from searching for it. They only sell the best hi-fidelity equipment. No pressure in sales, they happy to spend some time with you and give you meaning full advice...people that actually know what they are talking about.

WE KNOW YOU WON’T FIND BETTER SERVICE OR EXPERTISE.That's a statement in the Audio T brochure, unfortunately no one at head office told Adrian.After spending £599 on a cartridge I was met with a rude,indifferent and couldn’t care less attitude.I have had a more professional, polite and friendly service buying a second hand record on EBay.Thankfully a director of the 12 store group got involved and told them to fulfil my order as promised.Adrian had told me he would not fit the cartridge and to take my business elsewhere and to collect my turntable by 5.30.Next day I collected the fitted cartridge with the work done by another member of staff who was polite and professional.So if you want a very upsetting and bad hi fi buying experience go to Audio T in Swansea and maybe ask for Adrian.In summary if someone spends hundreds of pounds in a shop there is no such thing as a bad customer

Absolutly Brilliant. Incredible service. I took in my instruction manuals for my TV and speaker and explained I was Hard of hearing and my father was both Blind and very Deaf, that I was unable to understand the manuals. Neither of us could hear the TV. After taking the time to read the manuals Adrian came up with a plan we needed an Amplifying Head Phones for my father that worked off Wi Fi as there was no socket on TV. He then ordered these for me and came to the house to set it up and connect my amplifier to TV. Thankyou so much for your help we are now enjoying our TV.

Bought my new amp from here yesterday as my av receiver give up the ghost what a upgrade wish I had done it sooner great service received even in this pandemic very knowledgeable and they price match too what more could you ask for would highly recommend
