Ajax Online

I heard about Ajax Online via a YT review. So glad i did as its a superior product versus Phillips Hue. Better colours, brighter, longer strips and it works easily with the Hue bridge.

Customer service is first class, very responsive via FB so can't fault them at all.

I have purchased 3 strips and now going to order a set for the tiler that did our kitchen.

Don't hesitate on using this brand.

I recently purchased a smart blind motor from Ajax Online, and I couldn't be happier. It arrived on time and was really easy to set up.
The guidance on their website is great for figuring out exactly what you need and the instructions that came with the motor were simple and easy to follow. Great quality at reasonable prices.

I’ve been looking to invest in a blind motor for sometime now and finally took the plunge.
This product didn’t disappoint at all.
The packaging is professional, well laid out and protects each part.
Upon opening the box their were a number of instructions and initially I thought there were to many and weren’t required but clearly it has been thought about and they provide simple, concise and easy to follow steps for each device which includes installation and setup on various platforms.
I like the fact that the have thought about including extra parts to join blind cords.
Installation was very straight forward.
Used the well thought laid out template to mark the holes on the wall and simply drilled two holes.
Brilliant that once attached to the wall you have adjustment to move up and down to tighten the cord.

I selected the cog for the blind I was using which was a Roman blind. I was initially concerned that I wouldn’t be able to open or close the blind fully due to the join in the cord but panic was over as the cog mechanism allows this to pass through smoothly.
Now for the setup.......!
Setup was again very simple, held the middle and up button for 6-8 seconds and after flashing lights you then lift the blind until you get to the required height. Repeat the exercise for setting the close height. Just need to press down and middle button this time.
Smart device setup was exactly the same process as most smart tuya setups. I opted for AP mode so I didn’t need to turn off 5ghz WiFi as it works on 2.4ghz, again very straight forward and simple to do.
Tested on my mobile device and it just works!
Asked Alexa to discover devices and voila! the device was then showing in Alexa as I already have the skill installed for smartlife.
I setup a couple of routines to open and close the blinds.
Job done!

I must say I am so pleased with this product and cannot recommend enough. I’ve also liaised with the company for support and discussions and the response time is so quick and very helpful. keep up the good work.

Had trouble finding some suitable garden lights until I came across Ajax Online.

Reasonably priced, easy to install and just as easy to configure and control.
Kitchen now looks refreshed and modern. I will definitely be buying from Ajax Online again for other rooms in the house and garden.

Finally manged to complete my living room, thank you Ajax Online for all your help. All the lighting configurations and smart controllability make a huge difference to what it use to look like.

Bought my first LED set by them a year or so ago, now we have 17 sets around the house, they are so bright, so responsive and easy to set up. As part of this building project we fully intend to put many more in. Team them up with an Assistant, I'm using Google, and Smart things hub and you can do so much automation. Keep up the excellent work.

Update, added another 3 sets of LED Strips to the Garden decking, they look fantastic and very reliable, these light are joy to set up with Smartthings and they trigger so fast with sensors.
