Oaks C&C have just finished building our beautiful new home. We couldn't be more pleased with it.
I worked closely with Phil and the team over the last year while they constructed our home and am so pleased that we chose Oaks C&C as our contractor. The whole team are brilliant. Always friendly, polite and their workmanship is fantastic.

Oaks C&C have competed two projects for us - internal reconfiguration of house (walls down, RSJs, compete refurbishment including electrics, plumbing and decorating) and conversion of garage into a utility and living space. Both projects were completed on time and budget and the team of builders and contractors were polite, tidy and very respectful of the fact that we were living through the work with two young children. Phil and his team were great and the aftercare was also brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend Phil and his team! We used Oaks C&C for an extensive refurbishment project and extension that lasted about a year. We lived in the property throughout. The project was completed to time and budget and and the finish is outstanding. Phil and his team also worked closely with other suppliers that I brought on board (kitchen fitters, cabinetry makers, blind and curtain specialists etc). All interactions were seamless. I have subsequently used Phil again for a small additional project within the last month and Oaks C&C undertook this project with the same attention to detail and quality of work as before. Phil and his team were punctual, polite - and patient which was a real bonus for us on such long and sizeable project.

Phil and the team at Oaks C&C undertook a substantial 2 storey extension for us in Plaxtol, Kent. It was built to schedule and budget with polite and tidy workmen from all the trades. I was pregnant and our family was living in the house throughout so not the easiest of projects but it went smoothly and Phil was easy to communicate with. Would happily recommend.

Oaks C & C completed a side and rear extension for us. Phil and Darren and the team that they work with are all excellent. Communication through the build was great and the finish qualities really good. Post project aftercare is also really good, fixing any minor snagging issues.

Phil and his team at Oaks C&C did an amazing job converting and renovating stables into a beautiful office, gym, shower room and storage space with bi-fold doors and velux windows. The project came in on budget and it was finished to a very high standard. Phil’s design ideas, extensive experience and advice along the way was invaluable.

The itemised and detailed quote made budget tracking and invoicing easy, the work was very high quality and Phil and his team were very flexible and responsive when needed, as well as communicative around all aspects of the progress.
