I am very happy with the service provided by sales executive Kirsty. She has been absolutely brilliant - was there for us to answer any questions we had and put a lot of effort into getting us into our new home. She has been very supportive on our way and there was a great communication. Our house demo was great and the building manager provided a great detailed tour. We have now moved in and there are no major issues so far. House was left neat and tidy, we are very happy so far with the build quality and the installations. The house and the garden are lovely. We now need to live here for a bit to provide a more detailed review. Great job, Keepmoat team! Keep it up!

Fantastic experience with keep moat, Kirsty was superb from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset and upon completion. Weekly phone calls to check everything was okay and regular communication with Kirsty. I couldn't rate them any higher and am so happy with my perfect first home. I remember few months ago when I starting to look for a house and I find Keepmoat Spirit Quarter and there was one lady very helpful and friendly how help me to choose the best house in the world ( for me ). She's name is Kristy Taylor. She help me at every step were I was confused, very helpful! An excellent development, Keepmoat Homes Ltd have pulled off something special here, the site management and team have included and integrated with the local community pulling together new and old alike.
Myself having recently completed on this Spirit Quarters site can testify that the whole team had really succeeded in each and every property (Home).
In short I'll say thanks to Kirsty (Main Point of Contact) and Adam (Site Manager) who both ensure all is in order and up date. My only off of advise to any prospective buyers is check your emails at least twice a week and acknowledge them too ;) the Keepmote team will endeavour to help you if you a first time buyer (Like I was as).

Everything was perfect with Keepmoat. We've just bought a house in Coventry and Kirsty was so helpful I just don't have enough words to say thank you. We really appreciate all her help and making the process of buying our first home so smoothly and stress free. We've just moved in our house and we are so happy.

I know that when people are happy they don't really waste time to come and leave comments probably this explains why keepmoat has so many house's sold in the area and not that many comments but personally we are very happy we chose them. If you are looking for a decent house for you and your family then this is the place ... just come in, find Kirsty and don't be afraid to open up and trust her advice as she will always help you loads...All you need is a bit of patience and understandment as what they do is huge( many employees, firms and house's they build in the same time) and I'm sure you will simply love the house you gonna get in at the end of it.

All went well. its my second house from keepmoat! Always good contact, always helpfull, if we had any question or problem all was and is sorted! :) I can recommend that company! Kirsty is really nice, and always answering on emails.
