Thank you all at Armison Building & Joinery for such fantastic kitchen renovation & downstairs WC. You squeezed us in, inbetween your busy schedule, and from start to finish you never let us down once. Your advise, attention to detail and workmanship is nothing like we have experienced in this trade before. During the renovation I never once came home to any mess! Thank you all so much and we will be definitely using you again for our next project. 👍👌

The short version: Ryan and his team are absolutely amazing, use them for all your building needs.

The longer version: I knew instantly after meeting Ryan I wanted him to convert my loft. He was organised, meticulous, calm and polite. His quote was the most expensive (but you get what you pay for - the best!), and I had to wait a while for him to have availability, but he was worth every single penny and worth the wait. The finances were laid out clearly, I knew what was costing what and any potential changes to the budget were discussed with me and I had the chance to offer my suggestions and ideas. I felt involved, but never overburdened in any way.

I knew the plan for each day and I got regular updates (particularly useful when I was working away and not seeing the workmen on some days). The building work ran into a few problems (as building work often does) but for every problem, Ryan and his team offered me several solutions. I was kept up-to-date, I knew when people would be in my house and they always turned up bang on time. Every night they swept and hoovered to keep my house as neat as they could throughout the work.

I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough. They made a stressful experience enjoyable, we had plenty of laughs along the way and the quality of the work is absolutely exceptional. Everything met the standards required by the local building inspectors, who I think were equally delighted with the work. I'll definitely have them back for my next (smaller!) home renovation project.

When we moved into our new home a year ago, with its tiny outdated kitchen and cramped dining room, we had a vision of how we could transform it into a light, airy open space with a view of our lovely garden. Ryan and his team helped us realise that vision, and we are delighted with the finished result. It’s not the first job Armison Ltd have done for us, so we already knew the quality of the workmanship, and the pride Ryan takes in the finished project. The lads always left the job clean and tidy, and we could always rely on them arriving when expected. Living with a temporary kitchen in the spare bedroom was an adventure, but the lads made it as painless as possible - thank you to the whole team for a superb transformation!

Ryan and his team have converted my garage from an unused space to a great extra living area for our home .great communications from the get go with a full breakdown of costs given and daily updates for the work schedules .. all handled efficiently and the team have all completed the work to a high standard . Always prompt to arrive on a morning and always very clean and tidy before they left each day . Great job Ryan and the team . Would highly recommend

They were very professional, friendly throughout and were always available for any questions.

We had internal supporting walls removed, new framing for the kitchen, new WC along with the gorgeous new window.

We will definitely be having Ryan and his team back for any future projects!

Excellent company nothing is too much trouble. Standard of workmanship first class. Ryan does what he says and the work is completed to a very high standard. I have just had a problem with a leak in the bathroom not related to anything Ryan did and he got it sorted for us. Thank you for being so approachable and helpful

We have had an excellent experience using Armison for our kitchen and hallway remodel.
Ryan always responded promptly to our queries however minor. The team worked very efficiently and completed everything on schedule and to a high standard with a great attention to detail. They also worked hard to minimise any mess from the construction work.
Armison surpassed all our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Some months ago we moved into a small bungalow and decided that the garage and conservatory needed to be demolished in order to build an extension. We had no previous experience of this type of work but a family member recommended that we contact Armison Ltd. This we did and the whole experience has been very rewarding. From the start Ryan and his team proved to have a very strong work ethic and it quickly became apparent that they were masters of their trade . They kept us fully informed of what they intended to do and carried it out with meticulous care and attention. Ryan , Sam and Gav proved to be very hard workers – arriving promptly at 07.30 - and we were always very pleased to accept their advice. The creation of a new toilet in the extension, the installation of the kitchen, windows and doors were all completed to a very high standard . In addition the flooring, the tiling, the electrics , the plumbing , and the plastering and painting were carried out to our entire satisfaction. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy . The financial side of the transaction was also handled very efficiently by Ryan and the whole organisation of the project was handled superbly.

The second part of the project was to build a fence made of sleepers to hold back the garden and to lay a 2.5m x 2.5 m concrete base for a new shed . Armison Ltd undertook this task and we are very happy with the result. If ever there was a company deserving of 5 stars this is it !
