Very professional and efficient plumber who carried out his work neatly and efficiently. Secondly Secta are very quick in organising quotes and workmen to site quickly so that problems can be dealt with efficiently. I now use Secta for all my rental properties in London dealing with plumbing and repair type works.

Highly recommend. Delroy clearly knew what he was doing (unlike the guy who plumbed in our kitchen sink in the first place causing all sorts of problems ) and in less than an hour had replaced the original botch job with a far more professional piece of work. No more leaks! No more blockages! Will definitely use him again, absolutely brilliant, and very well priced too.

Secta to the rescue! We needed various electrical jobs to be done swiftly and efficiently. Secta sent us the brilliant, Delroy, who terminated lamps, replaced bulb holders and sockets, reattached lamps to walls and fixed loose cables. He did it all in an hour and a quarter for a very reasonable fee - and did it all with a smile on his face! I highly recommend.

My boiler stopped working , hence, no hot water or heating. I have had this problem several times over the years and British Gas staff have attended numerous times to try to fix it. Unsuccessfully.
This time I called Delroy from Secta because he has previously done some other repairs for me which I have been very happy with.
Delroy called me straight back and made an appointment for the next morning, (yes- a human being on a phone!) and no 2 week wait.
He carried out detailed tests and identified the problem being the gas regulator on the meter. He did all the necessary requirements with the gas regulators for me and it was fixed!
No other engineers had identified this problem.

Delroy has done my boiler and plumbing work for several years. Fast and does the job well. Heavily in demand but that's because he's good.
