What can you say friendly staff help full the work is amazing what they do the work force get on with there jobs always clean up after them I would recommend them to any one worth 5 stars well done staff

I employed KHTE to redo my downstairs utility room and ttilet/ shower. They stripped out the original bathroom and utility room and took everything back to the brick. This included the ceiling.
The installation they then put in was so poor that not only did they agree to leave site without payment but I also employed another company to redo the entire bathroom and make good the utility room.
The ceiling was not flat, the freshly installed plaster board was not flat on the wall and their were multiple leaks from the plumbing. Isolation valves had been incorrectly installed and the waste pipe was so long I feared it would freeze in the winter. The plastic finishing board in the wetroom was did not meet in the corners and looked a mess and the shower tray was not properly supported underneath. The floor was not correctly contoured to ensure the waste water went out the waste. The wall mounted toilet basin moved about 1 cm from the wall.
I would not use this company to install or service a boiler for safety reasons.
In addition to all of the above they were on site for over 3 months and I gave them plenty of opportunities to correct their work. The number of people they used on this job was unbelievable .

Booked them to do a small job. After their engineer looked at the job and said he would be able to do the work later in the week we had confirmation from the office.but then when we waited for him on the day he never arrived . It seemed they had a more profitable job came in and so they sent him to another job. No call to tell us he couldn't come and a pathetic I'm sorry when we phoned up to complain. Such a shame. We try to support local business but they don't show any respect to their customers. We won't be going back again.

Made an appointment for a quote to put a shower in thay gave me one day and had it in diry for another day well sorted that out thay came and said yes not a problem he took photos and said thay will come back to me with a quote but just over 2 weeks and still waiting how long does it take to give a quote will not be using them no way

Very pleased with the service received everything done to a very high standard would definitely recommend.

Awful parking on a corner just Infront of a blind bend when I asked them to move (as I had to help a mum around the van on the road with a pushchair as she couldn't get past) all I got was "yes" but they didn't move!

Invited KHTE via FENSA to quote for replacing my summer room. Circa 25k job. First appointment they never turned up claiming it was not put into the person's calender, not my issue. I offered another appointment for a Monday as I was home all day, they said they would come out in the afternoon, never turned up. Then tried to blame me as I did not specify a time. I was in all day, surely its their job to suggest a time if that is their process. Gave feedback to FENSA.
