JAN 2020 - Firstly I would like to say a huge Thank You! For keeping me updated with my orders.
I purchased some Kilner Jars for the company I work for and we had a delay in delivery on our second order, Emmie was emailing me throughout the whole process to ensure I knew when to expect them. Small bits of communication like this make such a difference to the customer experience/journey. I phoned up and spoke to Rebecca, as we wanted to purchase 100 of the Kilner Breakfast Jars but I didn't know if they would have that amount in stock! She managed to get the full amount we required and has split the order so we can receive 70 now and 30 in January. All off our purchases through Silver Mushroom have been fantastic from the service to the product, we will be purchasing more in the future from you that is for sure! Also your website is fresh/current and easy to use! So, thank you!

I ordered a teapot and tea canister set on Sunday evening and they arrived prompt on Tuesday morning, so very impressed with how quickly I received my items. Everything was packaged with such care which is really lovely to see as Ive had things arrived damaged by other company’s. I have no complaints I can’t wait to purchase more.

they're awesome bowls, I'm really pleased with them and will most defintely use Silver Mushroom again if they have what I'm looking for... They arrived very well packaged, nicely presented with my invoice as well as a lovely card in there to welcome me to Silver Mushroom... The photos don't do the items justice.. They're a lovely addition to my kitchen.. Thankyou

Ordered 30.08.22. Website said would ship within 10-14 days.reached out via e-mail, twitter and finally phoned after 17 days without update or confirmation of shipping. No reply. Money was of course taken right away. Will now look into raising a case with paypal. Avoid.

Great company - excellent communication all the way through and product arrived as described. Will be ordering from this company again.

Placed order on 1 November and £495 was taken from my account. I received one email on that day "acknowledging" the order and have heard absolutely nothing since - no information on delivery or confirmation the item is still due to arrive. No phone number to call to cancel order and obtain refund. Really disappointing service.

Great company, ordered my wifes Christmas presents from here. Great selection, fab customer service and quick delivery. Can't recommend enough!
