My company ordered a Cantaliver parasol for my 50 th birthday.on the 17th April 2019.My birthday was 21st of may.price was £348. So not cheap took there money .said item was in stock. Still waiting. What a joke.poir service shocking customer service.and as for taken full payment and not even in the country is a joke.mr marsh very unhappy person will not use again.shocking

Not the best service - ordered through click and collect haven't had confirmation of order. Decided to go into store and purchase product instead and asked for item to be put behind the till. Took them a good 10 minutes before they found what I ordered. Requested a call back to cancel click and collect no calls returned.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a coffee machine which arrived dirty and damaged. Emailed within an hour about requesting a return and refund took a week to reply despite stating it would be up to 72hrs still not resolved a month later item is here and they’re responding with the same thing every week. I want my money back and I want this machine gone I will never use this company again.

Absolute joke of a company. How are they still trading. Ordered a shed, they said 3 weeks for delivery, then said 3 months. Waited and then the day before it was due to arrive they email saying it won't be delivered as the shed didn't meet quality checks. Then they say I've got to wait another 6 weeks. I should have canciled it soon as im now without a shed when i need one and this company could not care less.

absolutely disgusted with the way the manager treats her customers. Accusing me of stealing without any reasoning and when I confronted her and proved her wrong she refused to apologise. It was an embarrassing experience and the way she dealt with the situation was terrible. Will never return to this shop and its scandalous she is in a position of power there.

Absolutely terrible service first item orderd and will be my last stay well clear orderd a hori split pad Pro for a switch black one as a present they then sent me a pink brown and green one without any warning then when I wanted the one I orderd they told me they would send the right one and pick up the wrong one then it was out of stock so I wanted to return the obvious wrong item easy right? Wrong taken days to reply via email and then tell me they can only collect if I'm home to hand the parcel over so I have to take a day off of work to return an item I didn't order in the first place I don't think so so I suggest a secure porch but that's not good enough atleast not without putting up a sign up advertising items left in my porch waiting for collection at my own risk so if the courier was to lose it would then be my problem apparently they can't put a note saying collect from porch when they book a collection like I can on any courier website Customer service was polite but less then helpful just agreed with me but didn't actually help now Im waiting to see if I'm allowed to have the item I didn't order or want collected from my work so I can have my money back terrible business will never ever purchase from again

Poor customer relations.
Had a faulty idea,promised to replace it.
Never did,still waiting.
Wont use them again.
