This shop is an Aladdin's cave. If you look hard enough you will find something that you really need for your home whether you knew it or not. There are some real bargains to be had but they are too thoroughly mixed up with items that do not seem to be of such good standard. I would have given another star if better attention was given to layout of the store

Poor experience. Used to shop here all the time.. brought a rug 2 days ago. Laid it down was very slippery . So took it back... however they dont do "refunds" and I wasnt made aware of this at all ... so I either had to exchange or get a credit note. I did not want to exchange . So I had got a credit note. I'm 8 months pregnant also!!! And I slipped on that rug which could of been dangerous for me and my baby ... once I have used credit note I will never shop here again.

I wouldnt even give this company a 1 star. My god i have never been to a shop with such rude staff. Dont get me wrong prices are good and really beautiful items but staff IS A NOOOO GO!!! I went with my mother in law today to this store to buy some bits the woman who was serving if im honest if i was a manager here i would of sacked her. Ive never known an employee to speak on the phone wile not even talkin to the customers when we were tryner talk to her she ignored us and was constantly on her phone chatting to someone and looking at it wile serving.. Bare in mind its so unprofessional. I am going to make a complaint to the head of department of this because it pushes customers away. And from the experience i will never shop in this branch again but i hope this woman gets a warning!!!

I would not recommend this branch guys if im honest.

A lovely shop to wander round. Several things I would like to buy....if only I had space to put them at home! A shop I would return to, if only to look at their goods!

Hello, I have been shopping at this store for 4 years, just because of that beautiful and sexy sales lady.

Great store, sells a lot of stuff at good prices. When we went to pay we were told we couldn’t use our £20 as it’s out of circulation and only the bank will take it. After a quick google search saw that it was a complete lie. Bad customer service too!

Horrible customers service. The Lady in the shop said that I am copied from them. Do not waste your time with these fake discounts and unpleasant staff.
That was my last visit to this ugly shop!
