I went to this place asking for a super glue to get my glasses fix. Karl suggested me a waterproof one and showed interest to get my problem sorted at the moment and assisted me very well. He was an example of what a great customer assistance should be. Thanks

They fit a lot in here, and it's well-priced. Great shop to have around. As for the other reviews about staff, I haven't had any issues, but would suggest those sensitive to perceived emotions make an effort to engage positively in the first place...

Very rude staff - employee's name was Maureen. The staff berated an 80+ year old female in front of the entire store. Almost sold me the wrong light bulbs. BETTER OFF SHOPPING AT TESCO'S or AMAZON.

I visited the store on the morning of 9th October. Extremely helpful young lady helped me with various suggestions and I bought several useful items as a result, in addition to the light bulbs I had come in to purchase. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

2 young members of staff helped me with my coffee press purchase. They were knowledgeable about the coffee presses and the replacement glass inserts and were cheerful and engaged. I’ll be back!

Most of the staff is really nice,smiling , welcoming and very professional.Great choice of goods.Really nice shop.Only one young lady sales assistant is always grim , snappy and unhappy.
