Store looks shabby and low rent and customer service from male staff member (didn't get his name) was terrible with his lacklustre attitude towards customer service. He refused to give me my weed puller I had paid for via click and collect as I forgot to bring ID. However I am in my 30s so it would have been clear to anyone who cared to look that I am over 18. I will not shop here again and very sorry to have had dealings with this store or company. Not worth the hassle.

Rude customer service from a person named Bavani. She was totally angry and shouted at us even when the manager accepted the return in 3 days. Spoiled our day and definitely she is not ready to work in a customer service environment.

Collected an order, quite efficiently found from the store, but usually have orders delivered. For some unknown reason one item was c+c only hence the visit.

Generally the staff here are very nice but I just had a bad experience now with Doreen at the till.
I had bought some headphones just the other day and they weren’t the correct ones, so I went to go return them. When I went to the till to ask for a return, Doreen refused and said no due to hygiene reasons. I then explained- I wasn’t told this at the time of purchase. She had then patronised me and said: “Well it’s common sense…” which was not appreciated at all. This is not how to deal with customers.

Two excellent experiences recently:

Bought a vacuum cleaner, then few days later, used their DHL drop off/collection service. On both occasions served by Dan. Hope I got his name right. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly gentleman.

Akhil and his team members are really helpful and they’re very kind with customers and they’re well trained. Highly recommend. If in case they don’t have a product they will give you further instructions on how to get any items.
