Not been for ages so time for a look around, was not disappointed. A few things caught my eye to relax in the garden in comfort and a fantastic choice of BBQs. A couple of things for the kitchen as well.

I love that I can buy anything I want but is incredibly NOT wheelchair friendly. Many displays block the aisles or they are very narrow. Really bad experience for my disabled family member. But this is a problem I encountered in other The Range branches. They should start thinking about more than able people

A difficult place for my family, because the corridors are narrow and have things that prevent wheelchairs from passing. Although we would like to go more, we had a very bad experience and won't be back until they are more wheelchair accessible. I feel very sad to see how most businesses do not take disabled people into account.

Large, spacious store selling a wide range of products. Only negative is I thought some of the aisles were a bit narrow, and also the fact they charge for click & collect items when major stores don't charge (although not a fault of the Aintree store)

Great for tat and stuff that is sold on qvc and the like. Like snow globes, singing fish and car jacks. Has good selection of laundry products and sweets.

3 shops no answer at any, 3 phone calls to so called customer service all useless. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with which for a company this size is absolutely disgraceful I'll never shop here again. Good luck trying to return anything!!!!

This was the third store l tried to get the throw l wanted, on not finding it l asked a member of staff for help, to my surprise l was told there all just down the bottom of those Isles over there. Of l went again in search eventually finding my throw. Not for the help of your staff. Whom lm sure just wanted to carry on her conversation. Not happy customer.

Super staff, was looking for something old school for garden tap. Brought to right isle, chatted thru need, found solution at cost of £4.50, fantastic. Thank you. See you again soon.
