The Range, Preston

Large, busy store with plenty of stuff for every eventuality. Halloween and Christmas were on show when I visited. It even has an small outdoor garden section and a cafe for people exhausted by searching all the many aisles for that thing they wanted.

I love the range!!! So much choice! Really big and all set out so everything is fairly easy to find but the staff are great and helpful anyway! We totally transformed a teenage bedroom and apart from the furniture everything was from the range so affordable.

The store was dirty. Staff didnt seem to care. One staff member almost barraged pass me but managed to ro quick enough. But if you really want to see how much a company cares about their customers check the restrooms.
I ended up at this store as the accrington shop didn't have what we needed and also had all the toilets out of commission 😑!!! Won't be back in a hurry that's for sure!!

I love going to The Range, such a wide and versatile variety of items. Great choices and some real bargains sometimes. Can spend a good couple of hours here.

I usually love the range, however to be honest this was a disappointing experience. The shelves were pretty bare in some parts, which I understand they are changing stock around, or running out of Christmas stock, however the biggest frustration was that there was a real lack of pricing information on the shelves, it wasn't just on a couple of shelves but nearly everywhere.

Went to get some paint pointless asking s staff for any help did not seem to know anything at all went for a drink in the cafe toilets was filthy toilet was blocked up dirty rubbish told the stuff didn't seem to be interested

One thing that constantly gets me when i visit this shop... they have a bad habit of putting stuff directly in the way in the isles or were customers walk causing trip hazards all over the shop the amount of times ive almost decked it in here is unreal! Also you sell camping stoves and you sell gas for camping stoves but you dont sell the right gas that fits the right camping stove you sell or the camping stove that fits the gas bottles you sell.. it has been anoying me for ages sort it out!

Absolutely love this shop, normally has everything I'm looking for and more. Very helpful staff.
