Had used in the past and was a little disappointed by the hap hazard nature of the place. As most builders merchants it was about who you got on the day and what price that person decided to charge. Fast forward a few years and I returned to find a much better more transparent business that has had a total remodel. Much better than before. Will use again.

I have visited the shop a few times in the past. I tend not to focus on negative experiences, but I think management need to be aware of this. I am not a trades person and I don't have knowledge about paint. I bought paint from them three years ago. I wanted to buy the same colour. I didn't know the brand of the paint, but I did know the color and that it needs to go on a concrete wall.

The shop assistant made me feel like I'm wasting his time. He was rude, unfriendly and patronizing. Maybe because I'm female (he treated fellow male customer who enter the shop in a completely different way). Or because I have an accent? I left the shop, feeling very upset and sad. I will never return.

First stop for my home decorating painting needs. Their super friendly staff have always managed to provide F&B colour matching using far better paint at a far better price. Special mention for Andy who has always gone above and beyond.

Always use Trade Paints as they offer a fantastic friendly service. Andy is always willing to assist and is very knowledgable. Made the mistake recently of trying elsewhere but ended very badly and it was Andy to the rescue. Definitely won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I have used trade paints for a couple of years now. Fantastic service, very friendly ,and very willing to assist. Many a time I have changed my mind on the type of paint I was going to get due to good advice given.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.👍
