This place has very good furniture and carpets what are very comfy.

We once bought a shelf but when we opend it it was broken so the next day we came back and gave us a refund and a FREE shelf what is very kind of them!

There staff are lovely and caring to everyone. The place look fabulous in there its nice and spaced out and nice and sunny.

Great selection of homewares in this store at pretty reasonable prices.
They have regular sales so there's always a bargain to be had.
We were impressed by the design of some of the chairs they had available. I can't vouch for their comfort as we didn't take them off the shelves to try, but they did look very stylish.
I also noticed that lots of popular plate prints are cheaper here .. I've been looking out for bee prints for a friend and they have a very reasonably priced range available here.

My mum bought a number of items for her home, she wanted curtains and was helped by a lovley lady Paula who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, overall a good experience and enjoyed the coffee

Great shop and always happy staff to help! Just be willing to spend a small fortune in the shop! Other than that, would happily return

Excellent store for homewares at good prices. We have bought lots of products from here over the years. The staff are helpful as well.

Not a great visit to Dunelm in Taunton. Huge queues in the car park meant I couldn't park that close and then couldn't get back out after my visit. In the shop I headed for the kitchen bins but the display was terrible: bins in boxes on high shelves, none you could actually view and compare. Prices on shelves didn't seem to correspond with the bins there. Nobody to ask for assistance. Shame: I normally like Dunelm.

went in for a coffee. exactly 20 minutes to get served in a queue of 9 people. one person serving slowly. one hiding in the kitchen, one standing on the corner doing f-all. disgusting service. dunelm twitter no reply. member of staff downstairs said manager was fired a couple of weeks previously. apparently outside caterers. never going back.
