All was fine till we took back an item that we paid £260 for and our plumber found it too large for our wall, we had already been told the item was in stock so we thought it wasn't no problem only for Bubbles to charge us 25% handling charge! £65 short in our refund..Discusting, customer service very poor.

Ordered my walk in shower from you then useING your fitter for a 3 day job. Order deliver today to find out the boarding to be right number but on opening if to be fitted to find out there wrong colour. Great now they don't bend over to get it sorted the next day. Have now to wait till Wednesday morning to see if it arises. And a fitter to pay for and extra days without a shower. Thanks. Will keep you updated. Promised right panels first thing. What a surprise didn't come till afternoon and 3 phone calls. Fitter worked there socks off to finish. All look good. Roll on the morning to try it out. And still got the 2 wrong boxes on my stair's.

They cancelled fitment of our new bathroom (booked 3months ago) with 48hours notice. “Our fitter is ill. You’ll have to wait another 4months before we fit it. Take it or leave it.” No apology. No plan B. No compensation. Er, I’ll leave it thanks. Still waiting for refund of our deposit. Avoid Bubbles at all costs.

Great staff, lovely customer service. Totaly worth coming in and exploring the showroom thought out, great shop. Been working there a good month and got paid one holiday less so be warned if you work for them.

Bought a hot tub from this company, paid £7000, sold as a good quality tub, American acrylic, great features, three pumps, lights, the whole shebang. When it was delivered, in bubble wrap covering only, it wouldn't fit down the side of the house, despite the company doing a site assessment prior to delivery, damage was then caused to the hot tub due to difficulties getting it in!
Advised that nothing really to go wrong with the tub - lasted 3 years then majority of pipework inside cabinet began to fail and leak, jets inside the shell began to fail and come out, they supplied a replacement cover which was too short (skirts did not cover hot tub properly), employees came to sort onsite repairs and completely bodged the repair, haf to be done again, by someone who knew what they were doing!
Used all the chemicals we were advised to use, had the tub serviced and maintained.
DO NOT BUY AN HOT TUB FROM THESE COWBOYS! GO ELSEWHERE BUY BRITISH NOT CHEAP CHINESE IMPORTS

Staff rude and show no interest (unless if course they're trying to get you're cash at the beginning)

Let's hope that one day they cease trading!

Brilliant customer service, they have a wide variety to look at but also have catalogues to give you even more choice, one thing I will suggest is to take in your bathroom measurements so they can get a better idea of what will work for you, overall a great experience

We had a bathroom fitted by bubbles. We are over the moon with it. The bathroom fitter Carl was amazing and his quality of work is second to none. Very much a professional. We are so pleased with the service and fitting. We thank Mark and his team for the excellent service. We definitely recommend them.

Called in looking for a replacement shower. Lots and lots of examples in the showroom. Staff really helpful, when you need them, otherwise you can browse in peace. I would recommend a visit if you're looking for replacement bathroom items.
