They sell very nice stuff. Need a lot of time so roam around. They have lots of Christmas decorations. They had a long que while entering. Had very interesting items. Wish I would buy these beautiful penguins n take with me to Sweden.

Lazy customer service? I went to The Range to buy a Christmas tree today but the one I wanted was sold out except for the discounted display model. There were no assistants on the upper floor so I carried the 5ft display model from the upper floor to customer services on the ground floor, along with the P.O.S poster which didn't have a bar code. I thought the average checkout person might find it absent barcode problematic. We explained the issue to a young dark haired woman hovering around the customer service section but she told us that the standard checkout people would deal with it. SHE WAS WRONG. We visited the checkout only to be charged more than the discounted price. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the checkout guy referred us to customer service! I just hate when that happens.

I like the products in the stationery, also seasonal products are good cuality/value. Staff don't know much about their products, when you ask about specific things they tent to don't know where it is, or if they sell it.

Alot of Christmas Variety in general but alot of things are sadly out of stock.

Massive selection of products all under one roof. Managed to buy a few Christmas presents and enjoyed looking round the store to give other ideas for future use and purchase.

I was disappointed in the quality of the Christmas decorations, particularly the baubles. They are cheaply made and expensive with being sold separately . I found a few boxes but they were generally lacklustre.

I love The Range its a great shop to go look around with a huge variety to see from a pet section, garden, diy and practically everything for the home. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A very large shop selling everything fro. Pencils to garden furniture.. House hold items to craft work and hobby stuff... It's got everything
