I received a Lola rose necklace with a stone missing and a silk scarf with a very noticeable white mark in the middle, ,numerous other stains and to top it off a pull in the scarf! I was just told return it recorded at the Post office,pay for the return myself and they will do a refund on receipt but I will have to send them a copy of the receipt for posting before they will refund that. I had mentioned in my first email that I had breast cancer for 3rd time and could they get a courier to collect or send a prepaid label!!! They can see the faults as I had to send photos of each one. Terrible customer service,no fault of mine I will have to wait for my refund,fork out a lot of money for the return as it is in a large box and pay out to purchase 2 other birthday gifts which will now be late!!!

Very overcrowded so you feel you can't move or look around properly. Also very slow in serving. Lovely items but very expensive. One item was £50 cheaper new online! Stunning window displays though especially at Christmas and staff are pleasant and helpful.

Such a wonderful and special unique store with absolutely stunning window displays. The Lovely Room is the Harrods of Wales. Staff are always very happy and very helpful. I wish I lived closer but always happy to travel to buy special gifts here.

Lots of beautiful items but having travelled from Ireland and changing my money before hand, was disappointed that my money was refused for a purchase for my Mother and I merely as it was a £50 note.

Superb customer service, so helpful, even delivered my purchases same day on way home, as passing my home... Fab store, with something for everyone. Thank you x
