The service from ordering to receiving my over the door clothes airer was excellent. But trying to hang it correctly was a bit tricky as I ended up with one of the rungs sloping downwards. The instructions could be clearer.

Excellent customer service with quick email response. The items we ordered were high quality and at a reasonable price. We placed two orders one after the other, all items were delivered promptly and the quality was as advertised. Happy to recommend. Will definitely return for more!

Disappointment is the word that best describes how I feel about this company. With the first order I was missing the brackets which then were sent to me separately and with the second order I everything was ok, a bit pricy but I accepted it at first. But with the third order I started having huge problems which showed signs of disorganasition and lack of attention from the warehouse.
I ordered online two additional ventilated shelves and four brackets, very simple order but somehow they managed to messed it up three times in a row!
First time I received a vertical bar, something completely different so I contacted the customer service to inform them about the mistake. They communicated me that there had been a label mixed up in the warehouse. They organised the collection of the wrong item and the delivery of my items.
Upon receiving the order, once again there was a problem. The shelves were correct but one was chipped and the brackets were the wrong dimension! So, I contacted the customer service again quite frustrated and they arranged the delivery for the damaged shelf and the correct brackets.
I finally received the order for the third time and what I found was that only 3 out of 4 brackets were delivered and the quantity in the delivery note was manually amended for whatever reason.
This is an unbelievable lack of attention and professionality and they keep wasting my time and my patience costantly waiting for wrong orders which need to be addressed.

I found the service to be outstanding with dealing in questions about my order, what item to buy and about when deliveries happen. They are very friendly and helpful with no hang ups.

The goods ordered were ok, but I paid extra to have the rail delivered the next morning when my carpenter would be available. to fit it
In fact they were not delivered until two days later. As I have had no response from the Company to my complaint it would seem that they are offering a service which is not in their control to deliver.

Admittedly I have done a total turnaround with this review (hence the below response from the company, doesn't match this one, and is the reply to my previous review)
Originally I had been concerned i'd placed my order and as not received it yet and as it was a business i'd not heard of before, was worried i'd placed it with a potential risky firm....however.....it quickly became clear there was absolutely no need for me to be concerned whatsoever!!

The company went out of there way to contact me directly on my mobile and reassure me re: delivery on my order. The MD called himself directly to cover all areas of concern, and was thoroughly charming and a pleasure to speak with.

Totally commendable customer service!!

Prompt, well packaged, delivery.

The paper towel holder is a useful product which occupies very little mounting space which makes it very versatile. Looks good too.

My only disappointment is the poor 'green' credentials: designed in Canada; manufactured in China; distributed from the Netherlands; sold and delivered in the UK.
