Dunelm

After the click and collect being inaccurate saying there was stock in the Cardiff store but there wasn’t, at 6:40pm a staff member advised me to call this store and ask if they had stock. They did, so I reserved it on the website and over the phone they said they’d let me in to pick up.

I got there and was waiting 5 mins outside before someone let me in to the till. As I was going round to the till, a rude woman said “we are closed you know” and I said “yes I do know that?”.. I mean their staff let me in how else would I have got in and I had to go round to get to the checkouts as there was no other way through.. the woman who served me as just as rude and blunt with the personality of a door. Wouldn’t recommend going there again.

Dunelms is a lovely place to shop there's always lot's of things for the home and if they haven't got it in store they will order it for you without hesitation they've got a lovely cafe upstairs with a good variety of sandwiches and cakes to choose from.

Very small aisles, testing customers patience. Quite expensive, considering you can get near enough same items in Primark, Wilkos, B&M, Home Bargains for half the price. Stupid lift which takes an age to take you to floor 1 with your trolley. Ok shop for now and again passing visit

Always a good experience coming here, very inviting with a good selection of items. Good coffee shop inside too.. Shop was very clean and organised. Till service always a bit slow but similar to every other Dunelm I visit.

Always good for good quality competitively priced towels and bedding.
A top place to shop.

Slow service, as usual out of some choices on menu and only 13.30!! Tiny portion of soup. Won’t be going to this cafe again

Decent store but could do with more staff on the tills..
