Decent amount of stuff here, and there was a sale on when we went. The shop seemed dark and the upstairs section was very warm. Good selection of lamps and lighting but it was mostly rugs and carpets.

This place is a hidden gem, especially for slightly different Christmas gifts etc. The prices are good and some multi buy offers. Lovely household items too.

Came here to buy curtains, which we did - but also bought a load of other stuff that we did need. So handy to have such a variety and choice of homewares in one place

The store is an absolute mess. Stuff all over the floor, full trolleys waiting to be unloaded to shelves, chaos. A really unpleasant shopping experience. I shared my concerns about the risk of someone tripping to a member of staff. She said they are short staffed and it should be improving soon. Hope this is the case.

Even though the store was very busy, the staff were very pleasant. The queue was long but they all worked extremely hard so that no one was waiting to long.
I used their click and collect service which I thought was excellent. I received an email stating my order was ready and it would be kept for 7 days.

I phoned the store to check if the store had any mattresses you can lie on and test out. Person on the phone clearly had no idea what they have in the store and I ended up wasting a trip and have cancelled my order. Better off going somewhere else
