Dunelm

A good place to shop for household items with huge selections of bedsheets, duvet covers, clocks, picture frames, etc. It has a huge car park on the front and a cafe on the 1st floor. It also sells Smart bulbs which can change colors with a remote. Sewing machines and accessories are available. The shopping experience has been brilliant for me.

Bright clean and nice to look round.
Plenty of products to choose from. Not everything you see online is available in store though.

Wheelchair and pushchair accessible with lift to go upstairs to the cafe and toilets and more items.
The toilets are the reason why I deducted a star - didn't feel that they were clean and yes I know toilets smell but maybe a window open or air freshener in there would be pleasant

Had great service yesterday from a team leader who was very polite and smiley. Helped us with cleaning a mirror before purchasing it to ensure it wasn’t scratched. Very pleased with the assistance.

Visited this while staying in Wales Don't Rememeber her name but I ordered a rug and the girl was so helpful I didn't need to go to the counter as she ordered it on her eyepad and I even paid her for it and it was free delivery and arrived within 3 days. Such good service. I live in Sussex

Went today to purchase some bedding, unfortunately my daughter became unwell, the staff were extremely helpful and stayed with her until she felt well enough to leave. They gave her a bottle of water. Huge thank you to the two members of staff, I think one was called Christopher.

I had two items form Dunelm they kept me updated with the items arrived on time highly recommended Durham top quality products would definitely order form Durham again

Many, many soft furnishings on display. Too many for a below average man such as myself. Cafe is quite nice.

Very nice, helpful and polite staff everytime we go to the Carmarthen store, we recently bought 2 suitcases which they to fished out for us in the back.
