Alexander's mostly sell kitchenwares, as well as a small range of gardening products and a smaller range of outdoor and hiking things.
Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.

Very helpful staff and nice selection of stock. It is nice to have local businesses on the high street as welhpool is a small rural town and this gives variety to the shopping experience. I bake alot especially at Christmas and find they are excellent for items from cake tins to cookie cutters. They also stock a selection of cake boxes which are perfect for my needs. They are also the only stockists of the brand of furniture polish I use and they often order more when I purchase all their stock. Have also found them handy when buying presents for friends as they have unusual kitchen items.

Ordered lots of goodies and essentials for Christmas. Received them really quickly, also a very prompt response on email when I couldn’t work something out on website. Feel so much better having bought from an independent store for Christmas, and the prices and postage reasonable too.

Ordered a lovely Christmas wooden village display. Arrived very well packaged and in a timely manner. Also loved the handwritten thank you note on my receipt. Glad I shopped with an independent store.

Just bought a high quality and very reasonably priced sun lounger, to replace the shonky one I bought off Amazon last year (which ripped after a few months use, despite allegedly being the top selling one). This is much sturdier and has a quality feel. Alexanders has very friendly staff who are always eager to help. I've just looked at their website, which has a fantastic range of quality homeware. Highly recommended!
