Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nicky's customer service was amazing and she found everything we needed.

Worst experience of client services we ever had.
An absolutely unresponsive team in the Tunbridge Wells store and across the global customer support.
We have paid for bathroom items 3 month ago and have still not received anything. There is no update and we are chasing on a daily basis. It is shocking.
The product selection is limited on top. Stay away!

Purchased bathroom and fitting a week before they went into administration. Over a year later still over £6000 out of pocket.
