Homebase - Ruislip (including Bathstore)

Plenty of staff on hand to offer advice and help you find items. Waits at the till are usually reasonable and there is a decent range of items. The prices are reasonable but not as cheap as Selco or sometimes Wickes locally but those stores are more for builders and so the finishing/quality is better at Homebase in my opinion. They also have their own toilets on site, including disabled ones.

Nice store, with very helpful staff members.
Managed to find the parasol I was looking for, with the help of ?, who even lifted the item into the trolley.

One of the best Homebase stores I have ever been

Some poor service the other day from an older chap regarding a faulty key I got copied a few weeks ago. I went to another homebase and he happily cut me a new one. I mean over one key as well, what a time waste!

I think the service is really poor at the Ruislip branch, Seems to me they can't really be bothered, based on my recent experience. It's a shame they have chosen to close others rather than this one.

Well stocked. Friendly staff. No queues / wait for Order Pickup. General note: Found Homebase prices to be better than B&Q, especially on Gardening articles.

The thought of having to refit my bathroom was a very daunting task. The space is extremely small and the first time I did it ten years ago, it took forever to search for items separately. However, the team at Homebase in Ruislip, more than rose to this challenge.

The Design Consultant, Yas Jawaid, through careful questioning and thoughtful advice has managed to make the impossible possible. It may have taken a while to put the bathroom together because of the size of the space but this did not deter Yas, he has helped to create a bathroom I absolutely love. Thanks also to his managers Matt and Raj, who were also extremely kind and patient, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Thank you Yas for making what seemed like an impossible task turn into my dream bathroom!

I would highly recommend Homebase Ruislip!

Seems to have become more home ware focus than before. Also now generally seems more expensive that B&Q. This is a nice big store and rarely seems busy.

Very well stocked for late Friday night and very knowledgeable and helpful staff, provided excellent help, advice, plus above and beyond assistance
