Wilko

Good and greetings to all those who see my reviews. On this day I was visiting this place to see what it was like and it left me very pleased and satisfied as I found just what I was looking for. I could see that they have a vast variety of products, especially those that we look for in those moments in which we need to repair or place something quickly. I found their customer service excellent, I asked several questions to see how it was and they treated me very kindly and with a smile on their faces. I will keep visiting more often. I recommend them and here are some photos.

Generally an ok store. Not quite sure if there is something up at their depot but this store has a lot of empty shelves and I’m sure its been like this for a while. Very disappointing trying to find products and there is rarely any staff on the floor to ask. Lots of paint in stock though.

Love this store, local and has all the bits and bobs I need. Staff are friendly and it's usually fully stocked.
Picked up all the things I needed in one day instead of having to go store to store to store.
Products are very reasonably priced too.

I never see such a manager, she is very rude, unprofessional, big ego!!!!!! She should be sack from the wilko!! She is chatting on till with her friends as a customer you wait her when you come to till she says cash only she refuse the serving, when you try to discuss she calls security !!!! What a shame!!!!!

Wilko is always lovely. They got affordable and very unique items ranging from kitchen to beddings to daily essentials. It's a place with lots of quality options to choose from and I always get my over the door hooks from Wilko because they have the best.

The staff are lovely but it always seems like there is never enough of them. Sometimes I walk in and literally walk back out because of the queue and I notice that at busy times all of the cashier desks are still not occupied when (I really feel like that should be the priority). It takes a really long time too often to check out which is a shame because I like the store.

Enjoying going to Wilko there's always finding bargains.

Bought a 16 inch pot yesterday was £3 down to £2 only in Lewisham, not sure about any other Wilko.
