Homebase - Leicester

This was my first visit for years. Historically found the Store to be overpriced with a poor selection of what I wanted. It was trying too hard and failing. Pleasantly surprised. They have got rid of the fitted kitchen stands and similar areas. The place is now well laid out, the goods on offer are reasonably priced. Particularly impressed by the Garden Centre area. Wide variety of plants not too expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Went in for a look ended up spending £70

Old looking shop which is need of modernisation. Items for sale and layout is fine with all you need for home and garden but could do with sprucing up. Ponden Home concession in store.

Very nice small garden centre, quite descent variety of plants, considering its location plenty 0f products. Bought reduced begonia, in 2 weeks so gorgeous 😍 loving it.

This place needs some TLC. Some things were really overpriced but then others were a great deal. They had some really lovely things in stock and a massive selection. We ended up being there for a couple of hours and it felt like we'd only been there half an hour. Staff were lovely and polite. Just think Homebase need to give this branch some much needed attention and give it a bit of a revamp. Maybe add a cafe aswell.

Delivered here today. Was running out of time, (15hr shift). Sean the manager went above and beyond. Allowed me to park at the side of the building and put reg in system so I wouldn't get a fine. Just wish there was more people like Sean willing to help out us truckers. Top fella 👍

I came to Leicester Homebase for the second time today. The staff is still very rude and abusive. Why are you working with this staff?

Popped in here for a bottle of calor gas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, really helpful and pleasant cashier that day . I bought a Christmas tree that was on display and the girl who served me was really helpful & positive . Wish I had taken her name .
