Homebase - Leighton Buzzard

Disabled lift out of action. I'm on crutches and needed to get upstairs to view kitchens. Managed with difficulty to get upstairs. Mentioned that lift not working, no sign to indicate it was out of order. Staff member was aware it wasn't working and said management aware too.

The number of times the price on the shelf is different from at the till (and not in your favour) you wouldn't believe...
(well you probably would believe it but it is still a big number regardless of your belief system)

Well spaced out store. Polite staff. Car park a little tight in parts.

Most of the entrance flooring is a trip hazard and the rest of the store is looking tired but staff helpful and friendly

It's good when you actually know a price for something and also would help if the staff on a certain area know it as when we ask a lady working in the garden part for a trough she had no idea what it was

Cheerful staff, helpful ,took my item to the car help with loading it very nice man

We went to homebase to look around and finish there, we came away with a new kitchen , they were very help full.very good store.

Visited last week, typical experience of this store. No staff at wood cutting "service". Staff floating about but none seem inclined to jump on a till when there's a queue. Only 1 till open (aren't there ANY managers or supervisors in this store prepared to tell staff to crack on and operate tills if customers are having to wait ... and wait .... and wait). Toilet was closed, this is the same every time I've been there in the past year - people do still need to go, even in a pandemic. Just a
real couldn't-care-less atmosphere and for not the first time.
