Fabulous service from Adam at Bliss Bathrooms-he gave great advice and followed the style I was after. The suite is really high quality, I’m really pleased! Nothing was too much trouble, and he provided everything from the suite & tiles to the extractor fan and lights. I highly recommend Bliss and will definitely use them again for any future work.

Adam came for a home visit on 30th September to discuss refurbing two bathrooms and knew I was keen to progress fast. Despite several calls and chasers and promises of response I have heard nothing in nigh on two months. Complete waste of time.

Waste of time....
Adam visted us to measure up for a bathroom and cloakroom refurb. No quote.After much chasing by us we were given the excuse they were waiting for their plumber, so he also came around to measure up. Still no quote. Then THEY rang us to say they would send a quote in the coming days. Yup you guessed it....no quote arrived!
No-one has time to waste on these cowboys, go elsewhere!

Adam at Bliss is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. We found him very helpful at suggesting products to use. He is mindful of costs and has a wide selection of products available - we would highly recommend him.

Since my review, when I was not best pleased with the service, Adam got in touch straight away and was very apologetic. He explained all the issues he was having with the company and how the pandemic was affecting every aspect of the business. I may have been a little hasty in my remarks on reflection (thinking I was the only customer he had) and since then he has kept in regular touch and my final missing product has arrived (supplier failure) and delivered to my door personally. This is a young company going through extraordinary times, the mere fact that they are still there, one year after the start of the pandemic, I have to pay tribute to.
Well done, and good luck for the future. I believe customer comments (positive or negative) can be useful and if acted upon can improve the company.

Extremely poor customer service, I visited the shop, ordered and paid for three accessory items, told would be up to 14 days to supply. After 3 weeks I rang to enquire about my order and was told two items were in stock. I informed Adam I was waiting for these items and disappointed I wasn’t told they’d arrived, he apologised and promised to deliver the items that evening. Nothing arrived so after ringing again the next day I received an apology and was promised they would definitely be delivered that evening (you know what’s coming next!) nothing arrived. The next day I visited the shop and collected the items (which I would have done originally, but he insisted on delivering) Adam wasn’t in but I was told he would ring me personally to apologise (you know what’s coming next!) he didn’t. It is now 7 weeks after the order was placed, I rang the shop to enquire about the missing item, was told Adam was out but would ring me with an update (ok, you’ve guessed!!) he didn’t. I’ve still heard nothing, so my customer service rating for this company is 1/10 (being generous) Any company that makes promises to a customer, then lets them down, should take a long hard look at their customer relations policy

Awful customer service, went in the showroom to enquire about a replacement item, Jack said he would ring us within 2 days, a week later still waiting for the call so rang again to be told he would ring us back and still waiting. AVOID, this company does not deserve to be in business.
