Definite 5 star service here I was quite lucky as I got to drive away on the day with a great car that just happened to be serviced and MOT. They can try at other times to make the same day but can't say that they definitely can.
I dealt with Neil Gibbons as well and he explained everything fully processed 5 Day insurance, tax and other particulars and explained basic features of the car for me to drive home. So excellent service and would recommend their services to anyone.

Bought a used car here, probably wasn't the biggest sale they have made but our experience could not have been better.
Had a issue with the car just after having it which was dealt with very quickly and no fuss.
Found both John and Neil very professional and we will certainly be back when it's time for a replacement.

Absolute shambles of a service. Booked the service in advance, advised of the issues, brought the car at 10.00. They called at 15.00 to advise of the same issues! Car not ready, maybe tomorrow. They couldn’t provide a replacement car. Don’t bring your car for service here.

Needed a part for a civic that was only available from main dealer, it was difficult to get through and once I'd ordered the part was told I would be contacted when it arrived, I wasn't contacted and had to chase for it, and wait more time.
Easy to collect once it had arrived at the dealership.

The best PCP deal in the UK...Everyone at the dealership really cares about your custom.
