The worst possible service I had to use another Honda Dealer to get my car fixed I'm a disabled wheelchair user I have 3 types of cancer. they did not programme my Sat-Nav properly it took them 3 hours to replace a fuse for their fun they switched off all my internal lights they hid my seat belt adapter under my seat hid my blue bade under my bag on the back seat when I complained a idiot staff member attacked me do not use this place if you care about your car

Buyer beware, 2011 Honda CRV over £2,200 air compressor and regas fitted. Front wiper motor not much change of £600 for part alone. Every known part that it's argued should have been a recall has gone on my vehicle. It's a Honda not a flipping Bentley. I won't be buying another Honda, period. Ps didn't get the work done at these prices???

Took my car to bassets honda on 06.10.2022 for health check I'm totally disgusted as I feel I been rip off totally charge me 103.50 for 30 minutes then told me the technician spent 45 minutes on me car when qus the lady she reply can only go by what technician booked BEAWARE of they day light robbery

Top staff, top coffee, and good comms. Far from ideal getting the full engine block replaced (I didn't buy the car from here, was done under warranty) but the team at Swansea did it and did it as fast as they could. Big up Rex for actually calling you back too. A rare thing!

Took the company car for a service, a confusion over booking but they managed to fit the car in for a full service and car clean inside and out free of charge which was an added bonus.

Staff are friendly and helpful. My only reservation is that I booked my station wagon in for service and mot it needed a lot of repairs to pass but service was carried out. I feel I could have avoided this cost if notified of mot requirements before. Otherwise the service is good.

Hi every time I call in this garage to browse for a new car, I cannot blinking park how do you expect people to park there cars don't you want people to come and browse, leave a gap of two cars permanently please .( FOR CUSTOMERS) p s I do like the garage.

Bought a car from them recently. Great communication from Craig, keeping me updated on what was going on. I requested a late change that caused them some trouble, but they handled it graciously. I also appreciated the lack of upselling. It was delivered on the appointed day on a small flatbed truck by a friendly and careful driver. My Honda e was even set up correctly to connect to its app, which I hear not all dealerships get right.
