Chorley and South Ribble Hospital

Just visited the Endoscopy unit at Chorley hospital, have got to give five stars for the nurses and the doctor.
They made me totally at ease with their absolute professionalism and humanity.
Thank you for the brew and a job well done.👍
My only fault is, I didn't get to keep a pair of those trendy shorts to add to my summer wardrobe.

I attended urgent care with my husband last night after he injured his knee. All the staff were really nice but the lady doctor who saw him was an absolute star and she explained everything to him in great detail. I don't know her name but she is an asset to the department.

What a wonderful team at A&E. one of the best services I have experienced. Very kind and helpful skilled nurses and doctors. Waiting time very short even that they were so busy. Massive Thanks

Took my partner here a couple of weeks ago, late at night, with a post surgery infection. The staff were absolutely amazing. Caring and compassionate, efficient in their administration of care and got him to where he needed to be very quickly. I cannot praise them highly enough.

It would have been 5 stars, but the lady on the switchboard let you down!( she was a little abrupt, to say the least!)
I called 111 and the nurse got me an appointment at urgent care at Chorley.
My appointment was at 12pm. I was seen by two nurses, the x Ray department, then back to a nurse. I was out for 1:10pm!

So pleased I went here. I am new to this town and needed antibiotics for a dental emergency whilst I wait to go to the dentist. I was put at ease by all the kind staff who work very hard to get everyone seen as quick as possible. I was only there for two hours to my amazement. Very professional kind staff and pleasant atmosphere for a hospital. Thank you so much

I have had several appointments recently and more to come. In my opinion this hospital is second to none. The staff are professional but friendly and very caring. When I read about waiting lists in other parts of the country I think we are so Blessed with our NHS in Chorley hospital.

My optician referred me to Chorley Hospital with suspected tear in retina. When I arrived at Urgent Care it was standing room only. Although It was clear that it was extremely busy and stressful the staff that dealt with me were lovely. The nurse who triaged me on the door was very nice and the chap who checked me in was chatty and pleasant. THANK YOU! In the event my optician could have referred me straight to the Rapid Eye Assessment Unity that has recently opened at Chorley Hospital. I was quickly triaged and sent through to the unit, which is impressive. Once again, thorough, committed and pleasant receptionists, nurses and doctors. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL.
