I was working as a support worker full time. When i was offered an interview and then offered the job at baldock hospital on the 20.8.2021. I accepted the job. I was honest and open about a conviction I had from 2013 and I was told by the person that offered me the job it was ok . We spoke about when my training would start. And I handed my notice in at work. A few weeks later I received a text on whatsap saying the person dealing with my job contract had left the company. And he had to send my DBS to the head office. I was asked to wait a few days for an answer. The person at novita just ignored my text messages. This company left me in financial difficulties and no job.with no explanation. So I am vey disappointed with novita care and baldock manor
