Blood Clinic: Thank you so much to KS in the pathology dept for taking such great care of my daughter when having bloods today. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated your kindness and patience. Plus the lady in the reception, who when told my daughter was needle phobic, ensured we were placed with someone so caring.

Been here a few times for scans and X-rays.

Parking is available but you need to wait sometimes. It was free when I went. Machines not working.
Hospital well maintained and it’s like a labyrinth do you don’t know where you’re going. Or many staff around or people.

Was waiting in the waiting room to be seen by a GP with my husband and a Receptionist named Sharleen was very rude as she yelled across the waiting room for my husband to leave because I couldn’t have someone with me, he explained how he was waiting for a taxi and she refused and told him to wait in the cold. My husband also works for the NHS and he would have completely understood if she was to come up to us and explain and at least show some sort of empathy! but instead she was rude and very arrogant! I will be taking this further.

I took a family member for a Chest X-Ray last week. The service was phenomenal. The staff were kind and supportive and the whole process took leas than 10 minutes. I didn’t even have time to sit down. Go NHS!

Had a colonoscopy this afternoon. The nurses and staff on the Endoscopy suite were friendly and quick to make you feel at ease. The doctor doing it explained what would happen, procedure went smoothly. As I had sedation I had to wait a while before I could leave. Tea, biscuits given and monitoring til I was ready to leave
Thank you all
