I LOVE the hospital group!
They were utterly fantastic from the very first phonecall.
Each time I visit in Exeter Mel on reception is amazing, friendly and kind. She is always there to help.
From day 1 I got the advice & information I required to make my full decision and I knew I was in safe hands.
I was always put at ease (especially on the day of my surgery) & I am so very happy.
Mr Mayo was incredible! What a surgeon, he knew exactly what would suit me & helped me make the right decision. I'm sad he's gone back to Madrid though but I know I'll look forward to seeing him for my check ups.
Thank you for everything you have done The Hospital Group & for changing my life for the better!!

I would highly recommend The Hospital Group. All members of staff at the Dolan Park hospital were very helpful, friendly and supportive. My room was spacious, clean and private. I enjoyed all my meals provided by the hospital. I am very happy with my surgery. Mr Seno is an amazing surgeon. I had my before and aftercare at the Exeter clinic, both the Mels and Mary were beyond wonderful. They make an excellent team. To all the staff at The Hospital Group, thank you.

Very poor and negligent customer service, can't even amount to what they're saying. Saddest affair of humanity in Britain award 2018

When I was there it was friendly, clean, and professional, only issue I had that warranted 4 stars was I had an appointment to get my cast off my nose, and I had a phone call canceling my appointment last minute, because they only had one nurse that was off sick and they didn't have a replacement, left me upset and annoyed because I wanted to see my results and my mum had to take the day off work to take me! (4 stars because I loved the staff at the clinic)

I'm utterly disgusted in how I was treated after trying to book an appointment for surgery.
I was told I had a two week window in which I could book a date. However I was trying to liaise with the surgeons secretary and myself being self employed I need a dates in November 2021 for and she kept coming back with dates in Oct. As the surgeon didn't have his diary up to date. This went on for about a month or so at this point. I wanted my deposit of £500 back. I was told I was out of the cooling off period. However I can't see that's my fault as they weren't organised enough to accommodate some dates I had in mind. Plus if the secretary had told me within the two weeks he can not commit to these dates I would have pulled away earlier.

Have been late down so many times in the last 2 years by the Exeter clinic just unreal. Excuses after Excuses one Excuse to many

Contacting the hospital group is almost impossible post surgery - promises are broken when complaints are made and they try to stop you taking action. If you manage to get hold of something they refer you on to someone who is not there or blame shortness of staff due to covid... but happily took money in those circumstances!!
