Am still fuming over the way I was treated by the admin/reception staff on the desk and the other women who I believe to be a dr !! but who knows, she didnt even look at me yet alone give us her name or introduce herself. Their attitude stinks, very very rude !! Having to go to urgent care out of hours is stressful in itself, without making it worse being treated absolutely appallingly !! Treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself. A smile and being polite costs nothing.

Absolutely shocking level of disrespect from the ladies at the desk! I was questioned and berated by them for leaving with my daughter when the wait was anywhere up to 6 or 7 hours. I was hit with 'well aren't you worried about her?' 'Well it's going to be just as busy everywhere else' as well as many other questions in response to what I was asking i.e. i asked how many people are ahead and she responded with 'well why does that matter?'. It matters because it gives me a grasp as to how long the wait is so im so not sitting there wondering how much longer for hours on end. It was almost like an interrogation. This all happened AFTER I made staff aware of my anxiety and mental health. I left feeling like I was doing something wrong by looking for somewhere else more suitable for an agitated 15 month old to wait. Babies need to eat, nap etc and she couldn't do any of that at the urgent care and it certainly isnt the best thing for a sick baby to be sitting in a waiting room with other sick people upset for up to 7 hours. I had eyes rolled at me, I was sighed at. It was a horrible experience and I wish I never had to go back there again.

Unfortunately no option to leave 0 stars.

My partner took our severely autistic non verbal son who was screaming in agony here after being unable to see our family doctor. After waiting just over two hours our son was due to be seen yet had a meltdown after attempting to get him in the doctors room, no staff in the hospital would help my partner who is also heavily pregnant and was unable to lift our son off of the floor.

When my partner asked the doctor for some assistance he point blank refused and said I'm the doctor you come to me I make the rules not you! Such ignorance towards a child with additional needs from a medical professional is shocking, other words were exchanged which left my partner in tears and thankfully some very kind patients comforted her and helped until I arrived.

Upon trying to enter the hopsital myself I was not let in and was ignored on the intercom, once in the building after letting myself in I unfortunately had to deal with a smug rude receptionist who denied the doctor said anything out of hand towards my partner and was never rude yet she was never in the doctors room to stare this, many other people within the waiting heard exactly what was said and shock their heads in disbelief and disgust kmowing I was being lied too.

In no way at all would I expect my partner and son to be treated so appallingly by so called medical professionals, I was told if I physically restrained my son and carried him in someone else would see him or there wasn't anyhwere else to go or anyone who would see him.

A medical service who would willingly let a non verbal autistic child suffer in silence due to their complete ignorance and disgusting attitude.

Worst experience ever if you are young do not attend this hospital as an old women who calls herself a “Doctor” tends to call young women “drama Queens” and tries to tell you that your pain is in your head! Pain doesn’t come from mental health I’m sorry it doesn’t I was told my back pain was all in my head when went for a second opinion I was told I have a curved spine, my friend attended with breathing problems and chest pain she was told she is a drama queen and the pains in her head… she then attended A&E to find out she has pneumonia!! That old women needs the sack or to pack in her job!!! She should be ashamed of herself for passing people off the way she does it’s disgusting!!!

An absolute joke, after waiting for 2.5 hours outside & 3.5 hours inside, we were sent home with nothing!!!
This place needs to resolve the waiting outside situation asap, it was freezing cold & raining and we were not allowed inside even though there was lots of space indoors. Asked the staff to stay in the corridor for a while just to warm up, got a simply “no” reply.
After waiting this long, was told by the doctor that he won’t be able to prescribe anything or anyhow help my daughter since she did not provide an urine sample. She’s 3 years old and did not urinate for over 12 hours!!! Was told that after waiting there for 6 hours I should go to a “big” hospital as they might be able to help us better! None of the staff before mentioned before that she needs to get urine sample. All this wait was for nothing!!!!
Needed to go elsewhere to get help for my baby!
Horrendous service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The man that saw my mum was honestly the most rude doctor I have came across in my life and the ladies at the desk didn’t speak with much professionalism and respect. I understand it’s busy but doesn’t mean they treat us with that service. Waited over 3 hours for a doctor that didn’t even want to answer any of my questions, was extremely rude to my mum, prescribed us with whatever without explaining what’s the need for it was followed by saying that the pharmacy would tell you and it was very clear to me that he just wanted to send us out rather than actually help us. I want to clarify that Not all the doctors there are like this as I have a had better experiences, but a black male doctor roughly in his 50s was definitely not somebody that you would want to see if you are not feeling well and waited for ages

Rude, unhelpful, verbally abusive worst doctor ever! Had used walk in clinic before amd my daughter was very ill high temperature, fever, uncontrollable shivering and finally when she threw up i decided to take her to my local gp who said they are fully booked but i can go to walk in clinic, waited 3 hours to be seen my daughter got high temperature in the waiting room removed clothing gave her medicine temperature dropped temporarily. Got called in to doctors room 45 mins after and was accused of lying, he was very rude, my daughter was being ordered around i.e. GET UP! LOOK LEFT LOOK RIGHT! To which she asked “why is he being so rude?” Made me and my daughter very very uncomfortable to the extent that i we was forced to leave the room crying! Thank you DR O JEUUMI i will be making a formal complaint to hurley group and the PSHO (parliamentary and health service ombudsman)

Awful awful. They lost my first lot of bloods . I had to rebook with a doctor so 4 weeks later I go only to realise I mucked up the time. I apologise for being 15 minutes late.there is not another soul there but they decide amongst themselves that they won't help. I explain I will be waiting again for an appointment and could have any illness. I work in a care home so need to sort this out .There is no compassion and no sense . .
. Honestly they are not bothered .
