Sutton Medical Center

I recently registered here. It's a small cosy practice and the doctors are lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
They try to accommodate you with appointments.
I moved here as was with another practice and struggled with getting appointments whereas here is easier
I like the Sutton hub service also

Waste of time. I had to ruin my whole day because my appointment was at 3:20 but I only received a voicemail at 6:30 when the surgery had closed. Not even a call. Day by day this surgery is getting worse.

Super impressed with the pharmacist Amna Magrey I saw for the first time this week in the surgery. She was extremely helpful and pleasant, really listened to me, made suggestions and arranged relevant tests. 10/10.
Unfortunately in the past, and the reason for the review was I have put in a request for a repeat prescription, try to collect but there's been something missing because the system for this item hasn't been updated apparently since 2020. Hopefully now this won't be a problem going forward.

Sutton Medical practice is awesome. The GP staff are excellent and genuinely care about your well-being. I’ve been a patient since 20+ years and seen the practice grow in service and quality. Highly recommend this practice to the local community. Thank you Sutton medical centre.

I have been coming here for decades. Reception always polite, far better than others that I have worked at. The doctors have improved significantly from when I first arrived. The practice nurses take an interest in my family and me.
I have worked in many GPs and this one is superior to most. There is a problem of getting urgent appointments but booked appointments are possible again.

I have always received excellent service from receptionists and doctors. They are very helpful, polite and efficient. I've had appointments that have suited me. Ive recently had the COVID vaccination done at the surgery which took minutes and they were on time. Excellent service provided!

Visited the surgery today to receive by Covid vaccination, very impressed. My husband and myself had timed appointments, the waiting room had a few seats but we only had to wait a couple of minutes. A lady was constantly walking around the waiting room sanitizing each chair and door handles as each patient was called to see the doctor . They also operated a one way system so you exited a different door to avoid any cross contamination. Well done everyone at Sutton Medical Centre !!!!

Consistently bad over the year and a half I’ve been with this practice. They don’t put the correct medication on the prescription so when you go to the pharmacy they have the wrong pills for you. Misdiagnosed me numerous times for different things. Impossible to see a dr. Rude and incompetent reception staff. Couldn’t be less impressed
