I have been with this GP surgery for 18+years Dr Scaravilli is always kind warm and listens to you she never rushes me when I’m discussing my mental health I would highly recommend is GP surgery and Dr Scaravilli

I'm sorry, this is my doctor's surgery which I've been at for the past few years but sadly I'm very disappointed with the service, phoning the surgery is absolutely horrendous you can be hanging on for over an hour before someone answer if they do. I've been calling for about a week and in the end gave up very frustrating it could have been an emergency so quicker to go to A&E. I sometimes want to leave but don't want to go somewhere else and meet the same fate so for now I will stick with them and see if there will be any change.

The nurse-practitioner has been brilliant with my wound care and other enquiries.

Helpful and friendly staff, although - as everywhere - sometimes relatively long waits.

Average 30-40 min holding time every time you want to make an appointment. Can never see the same doctor twice as they seem to use locums or doctors rotate very quickly.
