I went into the surgery in register, the receptionist were rude! They want bank statements showing transactions??? Was told it was policy, never in my life have I heard such foolishness! I left the surgery and went across the road and registered with the GP there. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

My family and I have been going to Ingrebourne Medical Center for more than 15 years. The GP, nurses and staff have always been professional and caring, no matter whether we have a simple question or a complex issue. I trust my GP completely, and I have confidence he and the staff are doing their best to help me and my family. I really appreciate the updates and modernizations Ingrebourne has made over the years - it's good to know they adjust to the current situation and times. I feel very fortunate to have found this practice.

The practice has just been revamped to a very good standard. Clean and fresh. The staff is efficient and always trying to accomodate. Lucille is a gem. If you need a nurse she is your girl. Highly recommended.

Appalling service!
The receptionists are very rude women who are probably tired of their job. Unbelievably, utterly, shockingly rude!!!

You’re kept on hold for an hour only to be rudely told no one forced you to keep holding on but you can’t be seen.

And even when you do get an appointment, you have to stand outside in the sun, rain, wind and cold, no matter how sick or infirm you are, until the doctor or nurse is free to see you. Sickening!!!

The nurses and physio are the only ones who seem to like being there, everyone else — especially the front desk — can’t be bothered to be polite, courteous, efficient or reliable.

The place needs a complete overhaul, changing the chairs and putting a lick of paint won’t do. You need to change the PEOPLE!

Now left the surgery and will miss the excellent nurses who take time to deal with you and the care they give you and always seem interested in their patients. Unlike the doctor, all he wants to do is to give medication out without even being bothered to see you. He did not even bother to tell me there was a physio at the practice even though he told me he had referred me and for 2 years I was paying to see an osteopath every week. I only found out when I saw the nurse and she dealt with it. Absolutely disgusting. Now have a decent doctor.

Very disappointed about the service provided by this medical centre. After several attempts to make an appointment, either morning or evening, always on long queue to wait up to 40 min.then they will hang up,however i manage to speak with Dr.Kaw over the phone as i was concerned about my little one (4m)not feeling well,he decided to place her straight on antibiotic without even checking on her, listen to the chest and back before making any diagnosis and prescriptions. I was not happy and i have requested for her to be examined first,he said he cannot see her without an Negative Covid19 test result first.Seriously is absolutely ridiculous and not safe. I had to spend quite good money to go through a private doctor. However I will take it further,as is not safe for a baby to be misdiagnosed and just to be given unnecessary treatment without to be examined and checked,so what role they play if a Gp doesn't care about his patients especially being so little and vulnerable.
