M father was kept in Royal Brompton Victoria for his lungs. They look after him better than his family do at home!
The nicest nurses and staff I've seen and very efficient.

need to change an appointment. given a recorded number to call but on 2 separate occasions, nobody picked up. if the hospital want to minimise the costs of missed appointments, it must have better contact details

I have been going to the Heart and Lung Day Unit for over 6 years now and the staff are Amazing. From the hospital transport, admin, the tea lady, cleaners, nursing staff and Dr's ...... They all deserve a medal 🏅

My dad died under the cardiac clinics care. They have left me without my dad. He wrote letters 6 days before he died he wasbreatless. They did a little meeting after he died just to appease me as I complained. No they have let me down and I've lost my 65 year old dad. No one cares we are just statistics

Youth is doomed

During the pandemic there was only one lift operating for the whole building which hundreds of patients, some of whom very vulnerable, had to use. The staircase was locked so there was no other option.

The paediatric team is amazing. Son has been with Dr. Rigby for good 8 years now and the level of care is outstanding!
