The Clementine Churchill Hospital

I still have on-going physiotherapy for my shoulder and knee in The Clementine Churchill Hospital and I found all staff very professional and friendly. They are very hard working and knowledgeable people. Special mention to Nick, Brad and Giuliano, who are credit to their profession and the hospital. They all have different strengths and talents, which helps me to progress in my condition. This is not the first time I attend the hospital. I always had a really good experience when meeting with receptionists and doctors.

My daughter aged 7 had an operation today to remove her adenoids and put grommets in. Apart from a very long queue at reception on arrival which I’m told is highly unusual, everything has been handled perfectly. Very kind and caring staff from every area of the hospital; porters to room service operative, nurses to anaesthetists and of course our Consultant. I’m very grateful for the delicate way you dealt with a very nervous child (and mummy who was trying to keep a brave face!). The hospital was very clean and the food and drink was very nice. Thank you so much for making a stressful day as nice as it could be.

My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids taken out and the care and attention we were given was first class. I cannot recommend it enough, especially as she is so young and any op can be worrying. Tatiana and Sarah were amazing and Mr Singh was incredible, putting me at ease with such thoughtfulness and consideration. The facilities are also amazing and we felt spoilt the whole time we were here Thank you so much.

Amazing care! We were an in patient for one day and were well looked after from consultant to a catering team (Latta). Everyone friendly and ready to take you through the journey. Our nurse Tatiana looked after us and made our stay pleasant, we were well informed about the treatment and what to expect. My 6 year old daughter had a great experience despite an operation. I would choose this hospital again if needed.

I would like to Thank the front of House staff, Clair, Ayah and Catherine, in particular for always being so helpful and friendly.
Dr Saveedra is an amazing surgeon who has seen my Mother on 2 separate occasions, with outstanding results. He is a brilliant surgeon, but also very personable, encouraging and friendly as a human being.
Jermaine was our physio on both occasions and he was extremely encouraging also, supportive and patient with Mum, which helped her to navigate through her rehabilitation. He was funny and made Mum smile, which she needed at times.
Thank you All for being what patients need when they are at their most vulnerable.

Fantastic support and care from the outpatient team this morning for a very intrusive minor op. The consultant was professional and friendly, and the nurses, Ana and Maureen from beginning to end were kind, thoughtful and reassuring. I felt I was in very safe hands and well looked after. Thank you.

We were in the Woodland Children’s ward for an ear procedure for an 8 year old with ASD. The doctors Mr Farrell and Mr Vaughan were excellent and explained everything to us clearly.

The ward nurses and supporting staff were all amazing. I want to mention Sister Jan. my son is autistic and was very scared of the procedure. Sister Jan let us come and see the ward the day before so at least he knew the hospital and the ward and what the room looked like. This made a massive difference to our ability to come in without stress on the day if the procedure.

On the day of the procedure nurse Julie, Tatiana and others took great care of us.

The food provided was of a high quality and all nurses and staff we interacted with were polite, knowledgeable and competent.

If we needed a procedure again in the future we would definitely come here again.

Nurse Tatiana welcomed my son spoke made him feel safe and comfortable. She explained everything to me as well so I was comfortable too. Really looked after us with love and care. Can’t thank her enough. Rest of the hospital and Dr Benjamin we’re equally good in their care and attention.
