Healthshare Clinic West London (The Riverside Clinic)

Brilliant service from the Global Clinic in Norwich for an MRI. Could not fault the service from the time I entered the free, well signed car park until I left. Everything ran to time, no waiting at all. All the staff were excellent. I’m not nervous about these things but if I had been I’m sure I would have been completely at ease. The only downside was the 30 minute wait on the phone to make the appointment. A minor criticism I know. Otherwise it would have been an unreserved 5*.

I attended Riverside in Brentford after being referred by the NHS. I attended them called the next day to complain but unfortunately the lady I spoke to had an even worse attitude than the radiologist I was calling to complain about and who she was defending. I couldn’t make it up, honestly, it is actually laughable…
I made it very clear I did not wish to take the complaint further because I would not attend that clinic again. I would rather crawl to a Spire where I was treated a lot nicer previously.
The receptionist seem polite enough and well mannered but behind the scenes is very robotic with no people skills. Not impressed!

Uniquely pleasant and great experience overall. Very Professional, Friendly and welcoming staff.
Enjoyed the MRI procedure even though it was long due to coving both neck and back. Highly recommended A++++

My experience at the riverside clinic was fabulous. The front of house team was amazing from lan and Naziha, they were very polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The Riverside clinic is amazing! The place is so comfortable to be in and does not feel like a hospital at all. The staffs are very patient and professional. The experience of having an MRI there is so great and I almost fell asleep halfway through the scan.

My GP sent me here for diagnostics, but this private hospital does not have the patients medical history other than a simple referral from GP. I had abdominal ultrasound here, which took only 5 minutes most, I’m surprised they could see everything. I then had an endoscopy here, I waited almost two hours with a cannula in my arm for the endoscopy. By the end my blood pressure was almost 190 and they still proceeded with the sedation. After the endoscopy there was no report, no imaging and also the doctor didn’t do a biopsy. The nurse literally dragged me from the bed and rushed me out, when I wasn’t even awake from the sedation. At a normal hospital they will give you food and drink after endoscopy but this place they give you nothing. Don’t be fooled by the new facade, this place is not hospitable and the health staff are not professional.

Big dissapointment from the stuff of the clinic..

I have been treated with no respect or understanding as I made a complaintto the stuff after waited 1h already for my appointment following to refusing my appointment leaving me more traumatic.

Also lied that I have to wear a mask which they tryed to use it to refuse my appointment after letting me sit in the lobby for and hour with out it.

Today 2022-11-23 l had an endoscopy which l was very afraid of they were very afraid of, they were very kind, l am completely satisfied, l can only recommend the Clinic to everyone . Thank you very much to the staff for their work, l can only recommend a truly professional team thank you with respect . Tibor Sepsi
