Wonderful experience with the Syon Clinic. The staff and Dr. Mel were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Secondly, I appreciate how Dr. Mawdsley really took his time to help me with my health issue and explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. Lastly, I’m impressed with the clinic’s Housekeeping team who manages to keep the clinic very clean.
I am so glad I chose Syon clinic and would have no qualms in recommending to anyone.

Had a really good experience at this clinic with a specific member of staff (Nurse Paulina). She was able to take my bloody Without any major pain and didn't need to poke me hundreds of times just to find my vein. She was very welcoming and had a very lovely smile.

She was very professional and I would personally highly recommend her to be your Nurse and I would also in general recommend Syon Clinic as a great place to go for check ups and treatment.

Syon Clinic is a well-known and respected clinic located in Brentford.

I'm not sure what I was expecting when I first visited Syon Clinic, but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Syon Clinic to anyone in need of medical care.

Great experience at the Syon Clinic, very accommodating even when I was running late. Greeted by friendly receptionist in a clean environment and was seen almost right away. My consultation was taken by Dr Ibrahim who completely put me at ease right away. She made the whole process informative but friendly and was very patient with all my questions. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend!

Syon Clinic is amazing. It is beautiful and clean and free parking. The staff are incredibly helpful and Pauline, the phlebotomist, is one of the best I have ever had take my blood. There was no pain or discomfort at all. Thank you to all who work there

My doctor was literally on auto pilot. I was very sick with a chest infection & she had zero empathy. She wasn’t clear on the exact cost’s of blood tests and so I was lumbered with a huge bill. If she had gone through more specifically the cost of each blood test, then I could have been better equipped to decide on which blood tests were more suited to me. It felt like she just wanted to get me out the door & on to the next patient. Not at all worthy of their apparent “hospital group of the year” in my experience.

I visited for a health assessment and could not be more complimentary about the service. I was seen on time by the friendly and well informed Circle Staff, with the checks conducted quickly and effortlessly. The doctor I saw was very professional, with clarity in her interpretation of the available results. I would definitely recommend the service.
