One of my favourite hospitals to have blood tests or be treated at A&E.

Thank you so much everyone! 🏥 💕

The Reception desk team were very helpful and friendly people.

Of course, every A&E department warns you of waiting from 3-5 hours to be seen by a doctor or nurse… I was waiting for 4 hours until I spoke to a nurse.

I was instantly told “if you have high fever or are bleeding- you will be seen first.”

I had a large cyst under my arm and was in tremendous pain for a few days.

It seemed rather disappointing that patients waiting in A&E are all ranked in order of their pain levels.. Rather than “first come, first served.” 💔

One of the nurses told me to visit A&E at Whittington Hospital or UCLH next time.. So, with all of that being said, it has indeed been noted! 😇👏🏻 📝 ✅

On my visit everything was great. I had MRI done, no wait and staff were friendly. There is free parking at hospital but you have to enter your number plate inside at kiosk, car park is really spacious.
As far as I know there is no A&E only walk-in centre where you can be treated for minor injuries.

I have been to this hospital a few times, and my experiences have always been great. I usually go there for blood tests, nurses are always kind and friendly. Today I went because of injured foot, and nurse Tina was just amazing with me. She gave me all the recommendation to get my foot healed as fast as possible and also a support shoe to relieve the pain at home. I can't say thank you enough!

Originally I started going here for blood tests- I usually faint and don't deal well with blood tests but the nurses here are really skilled and never hurts, they're understanding and supportive.

I've recently been to the walk in clinic twice now and have been amazed by the service. They say that the estimated waiting time is roughly 3.5 hours but i always have been seen a lot faster than this and again, the nurses here are fantastic. In particular today I dealt with nurse Michael who helped me understand what is happening to me in detail and took care to help my issue. Thank you for your service!

Great , clean and new hospital. I have used Walk-in clinic on few occasions, waiting time around 3hr but I guess it depends on the day. Receptionists friendly and helpful... very positive experience overall.

Sent here by 111 as I have tinnitus and hearing loss from 2 covid vaccines, and had a flu vaccine 2 days ago which has made my ears painful and my tinnitus 9 out of 10 instead of 5 out of 10. I was told there was a doctor which is why I came but they're isn't. Waited 3 hours as others, who came after me were seen. Eventually saw a male nurse(?) To tell me there was no infection (looked in both my ears with no cover on the device so great for infection - how many ears has it been in?) and said he couldn't help as that was all he could do and it was only him. I now have to go to A&E at 7pm on a Saturday night to try and get help for my hearing and to stop this terrible noise and pain and hopefully be given something to improve it. I hope that they are never cursed with bad tinnitus and ear pain as it can drive people insane. What a badly run, useless place!!!

We are so lucky to have a walk-in centre within a couple of miles from us. Always struggling to get a gp appointment post Covid. We had less than a 2hr wait and saw a great nurse who was kind and thorough.
More people should use this service rather than blocking up A&E!

I had to attend for a medical self-help course on a Saturday. It was very quiet with no sign of activity. I'm not sure if there are wards. I assume so, but it isn't like a busy hospital with people coming and going. Parking was free as we using the hospital services on a weekend. It might not be free during the week.
