I had a head MRI at Hadley Wood today and I can't praise the staff enough. I was made to feel very welcome and well cared for. The hospital is clean and very modern and although I am a NHS patient, I couldn't have been treated better. I took my husband with me and he has had operations in the past, but he was also very impressed.
Thank you to everyone involved.

I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the AMAZING nurses. At my pre assessment I think it was Julie, I think I was her last patient that day. She was absolutely lovely. She was so professional. But It felt like I was just chatting to a friend.
Had my procedure yesterday morning and the love continued. Anna=Maria, Sophie and Sally, absolutely lovely, and also the lovely irish nurse who walked me to the theatre and got me a pillow on our way there. Lovely pots of tea and coffee. Thank you tea lady.
Lovely nurse Sally actually walked me outside to my cousin who was picking me up. Much appreciated.

Negligent physician. After three sessions the physician doesn’t have read the report that the neurosurgeon send him. He just makes massages. If you need exercises to make stronger your muscles forget it. I ask him if He could teach me He told me He would send me via email. He didn’t. As I have neck and lower back problems told me that if I work on one of the areas that would damage the other.
Hopefully I have found a proper physician with a Bachelor’s in physiotherapy.

It's my pleasure to express my gratitude with this feedback. (Having a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy)
I have received an excellent treatment, information, attention and operation by the Doctor Rahman and his great and professional team, also recovery area, and the Ward area, very professional, polite and kindness staff, monitoring and helping me at all times, Great attention and amazing service, nurses: Grace and Domingo (apologies I don't remember the other staff names) Many thanks.
God bless you all.

I go there about every three months I am a NHS patient I have always found the medical staff excellent and the treatment. Today I had a CT scan with contrast plus a colostomy. Which is not a nice procedure best yet . I would rather go there than BGH.

After having a failed laposcopy I left the hospital in a worse state than I went in but with the same issues. Although it was not necessarily the fault of the consultant/surgeon that it failed I feel they handled my care very poorly as they left me devastated with very little information on what had actually happened to me and gave me no other options for care whatsoever. They just informed me that they'll be in contact in around 3 months. I was also pressured into have a coil put in that I didn't want (I had been saying for months I didn't want it to the same person also) The only reason this isn't a lower star rating is that I had a lovely nurse who sadly didn't know any information about my procedure etc but was very attentive.

The staff at this hospital are utterly amazing. so kind and reassuring. I cant speak highly enough of everyone from the receptionist to the surgeons and those wonderful nurses in between.
