There are only three disabled parking spaces by A&E they are so tiny that if they are all used you can't open your car door to get in and out. It's ridiculous! I would expect significantly better especially in a hospital car park.

Not enough parkingplaces for visitors. Everybody is driving around to find a spot.

New parking machines seems confused after I enter the registration number. Selecting that it's not the correct number appears to be the only option. It's unclear how you select that its the correct number. Does anyone test the menu options before the machines go live??

The signs showing the tariffs and telephone and app details are sited very high on posts, approx at 7 - 8 feet above ground level which is too high for anyone in a wheel chair or short people. The machine located inside the main entrance just has an A4 sheet stating that it's out of service. The sign showing the tariffs & contact details us not there, The reception staff are not interested in parking payment problems and refer you to Pals but Pals say it's nothing to do with them and to speak to reception. Does anyone at Barnet Hospital takes responsibility for helping patients pay for parking and avoid penalty charges.

Signs should not be so high you can't read them and menu progression on the machines should be logical.

Not enough parking for patients! I'm a volunteer and was helping someone from the charity I volunteer for to get to her hospital appointment. The plan was to drop her off, then park and meet her for support during the appointment. I never got to park because the visitor car park was so full that people were parking in places not fit for parking. I drove around and around about 6 times and finally gave up. I ended up waiting in my car on a residential street nearby where all spaces were resident's permits only. It is ridiculous to think that I wasn't able to give support because there were no legal parking spaces. Luckily the next appointment is at another hospital.

Ample Parking Space, but can get full at busy times. The prices for parking are expensive . Parking is by PayByPhone app, there are a few pay meters located but I wouldn’t depend on them.

I been unfortunatly coming here for years as my wife has a condition that get monitored, so we're down here once every 3months, been like this for 8years. I've seen the changes. Unfortunatly its always busy. Always. If you are lucky to get a spot then since they introduced the pay by phone app its certainly been easier as when you had to enter you reg number I was like 'really?' Cz I never remembered it and its a hospital Im always a bit frazzled and overwhelmed.
But since the switch its actually been miles better they just need to make more visitors parking than staff but I dont know how or whered they'd put that. Either way it well sign posted so you know where not to park. Ot hasnt always been smooth sailing here (5yrs ago it was rough) but now. Much much better.👍🏿💯

Complete waste of time if you want to pay after you've left, dropped elderly parent off in wheelchair this morning tried to pay by phone app, can't find location number so can't pay!! Rang the automated phone number can only pay at time of call and the whoosh app code says USA.. A ridiculous waste of time!!!
