Buckland Hospital

So grateful to the caring friendly staff at the minor injuries in The Buckland. I had an altercation with my new mandolin and the fingerprint part of my finger lost! Very short waiting time and I now a very nice dressing on it. Staff were so lovely.

Visited for the first time in June 2022 for blood tests, x-ray and treatment of a minor injury and was really impressed with Buckland hospital. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, we were seen quickly, the staff were all very professional and caring and we barely had any wait time. Super clean and easy to navigate. Thank you!

CT scan done today early on a Sunday morning, staff at main reception check in polite and helpful and the scanner team were very efficient greeted me in reception as its in a mobile unit , walked to scanner, chatted to Matthew on the way checking details etc, scan assistant Ran was very professional , details checked again and I was in and out within 10 mins very happy thank you also to Michael who was operating the machine 😁😁 good experience and perfect timing as I work shifts Mon to Fri.

Its convenient for me, but let's not big this building up, it's a large health centre, not a hospital.

They treatment was excellent, I was hugely impressed with this wonderful and caring unit. Keep doing a great job guys.

I think what's the most embarrassing part of this hospital, is that they call themselves professionals. No triage, poor attitude, not interested in helping people at all. If you can, make the effort to travel a little further to a better hospital.

Visit Buckland Hospital with a friend who had a gynea appointment. Very clean ,well signposted and in the main friendly staff. Fresh bright and light.

Buckland Hospital is well laid out, and Respiratory is particularly good. Covid checks at the door. Access road to Hospital from Dover main street is occasionally difficult due to insufficient passing places of parked vehicles, and oncoming traffic. Good access for wheelchairs.
