Managed to tear the labrum in my shoulder from a poorly setup home gym in lockdown. MRI showed it was in quite bad shape, in tatters and ripped off the bone. Simon operated on me back in April and sorted it all out. 4 months later and it's pretty much back to normal! Cheers Simon 👍
