The whole experience was first class. Initial consultation was good and factual, no sales pressure just informative discussion regarding the procedure and process, risks and end result.
I had my surgery 2 weeks ago (neck and lower face lift), a 2 night and 3 day hospital stay and the staff have been very friendly and attentive, both during my stay in hospital and the after care.
Very pleased with the results and, although still a little bruised and swollen, can see the big difference the surgery had made to my lower face and neck.

I went to the Dolan hospital for a breast reduction . From the moment I arrived here I was instantly put at ease by the lovely lady on reception. She was so welcoming and really lovely to talk to. I was then met by a nurse who showed me to my room. From then on everyone was really lovely and kept me informed on everything they would be doing. They looked after me so well before and after my surgery. My surgeon Mr Payne was amazing, very direct but also listened to what I wanted out of this procedure. He got amazing results and although I only had my op two days ago I am loving my new breasts. I would highly recommend the hospital group for anyone thinking about having a procedure. I can't rate them high enough.

My surgeon was very friendly , However I have bad scarring and pain in one scar 2 years later. I started the process to resolve this in may 2017 and I'm still no closer. I don't rate the aftercare at all very long waits for appointments 3 months + no response from follow up calls . Quite annoying when the calls don't stop prior to booking a different story once you've paid . After surgery I was asked if I wanted to go home ( even though I'd paid for an over night stay, as they were closing the ward ) then asked if I would share a room with someone . I was forgotten about on day of leaving so I didn't receive breakfast and was just sat in the room for hours whilst waiting for a taxi .

Most definately giving 5 stars, would give more if i had the option to! I had my breast surgery on the 22nd July 2017, I couldn't thank the surgeon, surgical team and nurses enough they were absolutely brilliant. I arrived early on the 22nd and was shown to my room immediately, had about a 2 hour wait for my time slot and before I knew it I was in the recovery room. All the food i chose was lovely, constantly given tea and biscuits which im not complaining about! Nurses looked after me so well im so impressed. They come in every hour to check your ok, I had a 2 night stay at dolan park and can honestly say I will be chosing the Hospital Group 500% if I ever decide to have cosmetic surgery in the future. My surgeon was Dr Michael Payne and he is just simply the best, highly recommended from start to finish. I'm now 10 days post op and starting to feel myself again, its already changed my life and brought my confidence levels sky high and I cannot wait to see what the future holds. Had a gastric bypass at the bromsgrove hospital.
The hospital itself was spotlessly clean with large comfortable rooms and good size shower room.
Staff are friendly and instantly put me at ease.
Nurses couldn't do enough for you making sure I was comfortable at all times.
My coordinator has been brilliant right from the start. I know if I've got any issues or concerns I can just pick up the phone.
Aftercare has been really good. I feel totally supported by my dietitian who has provided me with everything I need to know to succeed.
My experience has definitely been 5*

My wife had surgery Sunday it is now Wednesday and no contact has been made when told this would be after 2 days. We have no idea where or when to go for follow up consultation and dressing change, we just know it should be next week.
Terrible after care contact no excuse when you pay good money. AVOID THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER

The initial contact started off well and then it declined after that. The room at Transform Hospital group Burcott hall that i had for my procedure was pleasant enough, but after the procedure (lower eyebag removal)I almost felt forgotten about. I had to ask for pain relief and more importantly food as i was there all day ''oh we forgot about you'' was the light hearted reply. Since the procedure I have had one follow up appointment , which was a week after and since then I have heard nothing. I am not happy with the results of the procedure, there is little to no improvement and im left with a flat spot indentation under one eye and still puffy under both eyes. This topped off with never receiving a receipt for the money I paid has resulted in a bitter taste in my mouth and wishing i had used another cosmetic surgery company and the need to leave this review

I just had gastric sleeve surgery at Burcat Hospital in Brooms Grove. Very clean hospital big private rooms. lovely staff caring nurses specially my surgeon Mr Awad was Absolutely amazing very happy with my surgery and the care given by him. Highly recommend .
